The ROHEI Foundation is a non-profit organization that advocates for family preservation, adoption, and foster care. By building families and strengthening generations, we believe we can end the orphan crisis in the Philippines now and for the generations to come.

The ROHEI Foundation is a non-profit organization that advocates for adoption. We believe that adoption was God's idea and it is His desire for orphans to be adopted into families. Our response is to develop programs that provide holistic care for pregnant women in crisis, to rescue babies before they are abandoned and disowned, and to guide families in their adoption journey.

We exist to inspire hope, joy, courage, and purpose in orphans and families.
Our Vision
We see a world where every orphan is adopted into a family, breaking the generational cycle of illegitimacy and poverty. We see a world where every family is empowered to move in compassion and generosity towards the orphans.

Our Team

The word ROHEI was inspired by the Hebrew word ro-ee, which means “to shepherd.” We believe that it is important to look out for the welfare of those who are vulnerable, by caring for them and making their well-being our primary concern.

Coming from different fields of society and different parts of the Philippines, our team is comprised of individuals from the corporate, medical, legal, media, and other fields. Together, we work hand in hand to make our vision of ending the orphan crisis a reality.
